We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not happy with the product, we do offer refunds under the following terms and process:

Step-by-Step Refund Guideline:

Step 1

Ensure you are still within the 60-day return window, starting from the day your order was delivered. Check your delivery confirmation email or the carrier’s tracking system for the delivery date.

Return all unopened bottles to the address listed above. Include a note inside the package with the following:

Please note: We do not refund opened or used products. Used-up bottles are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive all unopened bottles and the packing slip, your refund will be processed within a few days.

Step 4

Wait for your confirmation. We’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
