Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not happy with the product, we do offer refunds under the following terms and process:
Important Notes Before Returning:
- Contact Us First: Customers must contact us before sending any products back. This helps us track your return and ensure a smooth process. Please email us at: [email protected] or call us at: +12515012766 (Mon-Fri: 9-5pm EST)
- Email Requirement: Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Use "Refund Request" in the subject line to prioritize your request.
- Eligible Items for Refund: Refunds are only applicable to unopened and undamaged bottles. We do not issue refunds for opened or used bottles, apart from specific cases (damaged upon arrival, etc) - Please contact us and we will find the best solution. Your satisfaction is important to us.
- Time Limit: Refunds can only be processed if the request is made within 60 days of order date.
- Return Shipping: We do not cover the return shipping costs.

Step-by-Step Refund Guideline:
Step 1
Ensure you are still within the 60-day return window, starting from the day your order was delivered. Check your delivery confirmation email or the carrier’s tracking system for the delivery date.
Step 2
Send an email to our support team at [email protected], including the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Add "Refund Request" in the subject line
Step 3
Return all unopened bottles to the address listed above. Include a note inside the package with the following:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Order ID (optional, but helpful)
Please note: We do not refund opened or used products. Used-up bottles are not eligible for a refund.
Once we receive all unopened bottles and the packing slip, your refund will be processed within a few days.
Step 4
Wait for your confirmation. We’ll send you an email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
